We want to make sure you are aware of our JFK airport arrangements for Monday, July 4, 2011.
The group flight is EL AL flight # 2 departing JFK airport at 7:00 PM.
The group will be meeting at 3:00 PM at Terminal Four. Our program staff will be there to sign in your children and distribute name tags and tickets. We will then check in at the EL AL airline counter together as a group. Please do your best to meet us as close to 3:00 PM as possible- the flight is sold out and even though we have pre-arranged seating, we want to make sure no one is bumped.
A Few important reminders:
- All participants must bring 2 copies of his/her passport to the airport to be collected by NCSY staff.

No one will be permitted to board a flight without a fully completed medical and code of conduct form on file with our office.

No one will be permitted to board a flight without financial clearance from our office.

For those flying into NY to meet us at JFK, pleae make sure we have your domestic flight arrangements form.

We will be emailing you emergency numbers for both the day of the group flight and the program over the summer, one week before your program departs.
- If you have not already done so, please sign up for a cell phone and pre-paid debit card as soon as possible.
