Friday and Shabbos Information July 8-10

On Friday July 8 we will provide coach bus transportation at 1:00 PM from the NCSY office in Cedarhurst ( 555 Willow Ave Cedarhurst, NY) to Staten Island. For those who wish to provide their own transportation, the group will be meeting at the Young Israel of Staten Island at 2:00 PM. If you are planning on taking this bus please email Mollie Sharfman, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), to make sure that we are aware that your teen is joining the group in Cedarhurst. For those flying in from outside the NY area and we are picking them up, you do not need to email Mollie, as we will automatically assume you are coming with the group on the bus unless told otherwise. We will also provide coach bus transportation for the entire group on Sunday afternoon from Staten Island to JFK Airport.

A Few important reminders:

• All participants must bring 2 copies of his/her passport to the airport to be collected by NCSY staff.
• No one will be permitted to board a flight without a fully completed medical and code of conduct form on file with our office.
  
• No one will be permitted to board a flight without financial clearance from our office.
  
• For those flying into NY to meet us at JFK, pleae make sure we have your domestic flight arrangements form.
  
• We will be emailing you emergency numbers for both the day of the group flight and the program over the summer, one week before your program departs.
  
• If you have not already done so, please sign up for a cell phone and pre-paid debit card as soon as possible.

9:30 PM- Program, JOLT Staff
